My wife and I stayed there for a week in January and can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we%26#39;ve ever had. The villas are superb and generally not full so pool area tends to be quiet.

You%26#39;ll have a driver for the duration of your stay which is essential as you%26#39;re slightly off the beaten track (try and request Byron Dias). Restaurants, shops etc are only a ten minute drive away. There%26#39;s plenty of info in the villa re places to eat.

The website suggests that Coco beach is very close but in reality it no longer exists due to the Monsoon. However, your driver can take you 45 mins north to Mandrem and Aswem beaches (and La Plage restaurant). We went almost every day.

Not sure what the weather will be like in April but in Jan we didn%26#39;t see a cloud and temp was always 30c plus.

Hi london77

thanks so much for replying to my forum post thingy that is great news that you had such a fab time. its also good to have confirmation re coco beach, as i had heard that it had been ruined but wasnt too sure if this was actually the case.

Really looking forward to having the luxury of a driver, and hoping to maybe venture south to some of the more destered beaches, although im not sure how far away the ';south'; is?? Where abouts are the beaches you regularly visited? And what are they like in terms of popularity etc? (ie we wont want to be in the ';costa del sol'; of Goa etc!)

We are off on friday am v excited!

Thanks
