While in Coimbatore do not miss the exquisite sarees there.There are numerous shops on Cross-cut road.Do not be swayed by the big names there.I found this one wonderful shop called JAISREE SAREES AND SALWARS.It has the best silk,lovely south indian sarees both in silk and cotton.Be sure to ask for one Mr.Kishore-the owner i guess,who will show you the best pieces.The shop is located before the temple and before a big shop called ';Sree devi';.its on the same side as Sree devi next to a Jewellery store called ';nataraz mudaliar';.their contact number is 0422-2499400.Happy Shopping.if you want any tips on shopping at coimbatore feel free to mail me.
