First Choice/Thomson Flight from Manchester onto Gatwick

Hi there, we are travelling to Goa on the 15th January, just wondering how the flight is working out now its a combined flight, any delays? Whats the seating like for those joining at Gatwick? Have all the best seats gone? Thanks for any help.

We travelled from Manchester stopping at Gatwick last month. The arrival time to Goa was as expected, maybe even a little ahead of schedule. Those who boarded at Manchester were told we%26#39;d be waiting on the tarmac for 45 mins at Gatwick but it ended up being closer to 90 mins. There were still plenty of window seats for those joining at Gatwick.

are you on the 15.30 flight from Gatwick next thursday? If so have you got your tickets yet as we don%26#39;t have ours and now panicking. We are on that flight as well. Phoned them today and FC said the tickets were issued on 22nd December and they didn%26#39;t receive them in the post from the tour operator. Now they have got to re-issue them and then when they get them still send in post to us.

Phone the travel company %26amp; tell them to send them to you Special delivery.

This will guarentee next day delivery.

We had a similar situation LAst March when we went to Thailand.

Answer to your question, we got our tickets on new years eve post, so something definately gone wrong, but Im sure everything will be in order for you! Have a great holiday.

Ive checked with First Choice as im flying in April and the flight from Manchester doesnt stop at Gatwick according the helpdesk.

Can anyone tell me if they have stopped on the Thursday flight from manchester.

TOM353 (and TOM354 the return flight) on a Thursday from Manchester definitely stop over at Gatwick and have done since the begining of the season.

i was on this flight recently,i thought it bad.we waited well overa hour on the way out though we did get a drink.

on the way back we were waiting at least a hour again and got no drink this time

personally i think they should have dropped us off at manchester first on the way back.

wouldnt want to travel to goa again this way
