Advice for travellers aged 60 ish

My parents are staying in phoenix park inn candolim.



Has anyone got any advice/info as regards tours,things to see in %26amp; around goa ie:



Is mysore too much of a distance to stay for a couple of days,south goa retreat and any other off the track things to do/see ?

hi go and see eddie at daytriper in calangute does all the trips and not expensive he is an english man and very nice ive known him 11 yrs im 63 my wife 61 always use him

I%26#39;ve bumped it back to the top so that this seasons trip news can be added.




Good report to bring back up but be aware the prices will have changed - some by quite a bit.



My son used to say - don%26#39;t go out walking with your parents - they can walk further than you can so 60 plus is the new 30!!!



It is about 700kms from Goa to Mysore and there is no direct flight so either road or rail - seem quite a way to do in a couple of weeks holiday.
