calangute

There are only few which have been well debated over the last month but from saligao I would head towards Candolim and once past the church in the middle of the road look out for somewhere you fancy or go to Appora or Baga

Hi niteowl, East meets West in Baga is a nice place or Salt and Pepper also in Baga, in Calangute there%26#39;s Infanteria, Fire and Ice and Bobby%26#39;s down the CSM road does great pizza%26#39;s for the kids.

just for the record, i%26#39;ve never had a bad meal in Goa, the food is just about always great.

the rest is down to personal preference.

BOB.

Fully agree with you Bob.

Hi, If you are staying in Saligao head for Florentine, set back from the main road, close to Villa Saligao, and ANCH centre, this is still a restaurant used mainly by locals, but fast becoming known to foreigners. Good food and cheap prices. Try the prawn chilly fry if you like spicy food! The restaurant is famed for it%26#39;s chicken cafreal.
