can anyone tell me if there are any tailors in Candolim ?? we are off in April, and always here that tailors can copy any outfits, quickly and reasonably....any suggestions ??

Have just had 2 evening dresses copied from vogue (how posh??) %26amp; a suit from the next directory for 锟斤拷100 by Apollo Tailors in Calangute, near the Goan Heritage Centre. Both dresses were silk %26amp; the suit is wool with a silk lining. If I go back next year I%26#39;ll be taking loads of pictures with me!
we had shirts and fully line wool %26amp; cashmere trousers copied from a Hugo Boss pic at Mac%26#39;s Tailors in the Whispering Palms hotel. Mac is fantastic and will turn around your items in a couple of days - take pics of things you like out with you - and if you can take a recent catalogue which you can leave with him - he likes Next!
My advice - take at least one empty suitcase between 2 - there are loads of good deals to be had - leather jackets - try the shop on the little promanade at the top of the road from the Whispering palms - great leather bags - and all the tailoring.
