Anyone know if there are ATMs at Int or Domestic terminals at Dehli Airport?

Yes there are ATMs of all the leading banks.
ATM at Dehli Airport
You may be limited to only taking out 5000 Rupees (about 100 dollars or so).
The daily limit at ATMs is usually 20000 rupees or 25000 rupees.
Please inform your credit card company in advance about your travel to India so that they do not raise alerts.
