Need help, has anyone heard of Unique India Tours?

My adult daughter and I are planning our first trip to India this winter (December 2009). I%26#39;ve done a fair share of traveling and trip planning both personal and business so I%26#39;m not a newbie at this but India is a whole new world for me. I%26#39;ve found a travel company out of Delhi through the Bed and Breakfast that I%26#39;ve decided (90% sure) I%26#39;ll be staying at but there is something telling me to double check with all you folks to make sure I%26#39;m not being taken for a ride other than the ride I want!

Their website is: www.uniqueindiatour.com

I%26#39;ve been dealing with the B%26amp;B directly when trying to plan this trip since it would appear that he either owns the unique india tour company or is closely affiliated with them. The price seems high but I%26#39;ll let you advise me. I%26#39;ve been told that I%26#39;m paying a premium since our trip is over Christmas and New Years, a very busy time apparently.

Quoted $50,150 rupees for the following:

7 nights hotel (with breakfast for two people)

Car, driver (including gas, driver, taxes, toll, parking) for 7 days/nights

Guide for one day in Jaipur

Guide in Agra for one day

The travel is:

Delhi to Agra then directly to Bharatpur because we don%26#39;t want to spend the night in Agra

Bharatpur to Jaipur, Jaipur for 3 nights

Jaipur to Pushkar for 2 nights then back to Delhi, hotel included in Delhi for one night.

Do you feel this is an acceptable price for what is being offered? I%26#39;m scared to book them because of all the horror stories I%26#39;m reading about people getting ripped off, service not good etc. They are tacking on a 5% paypal charge and want $741.84 (75%) upfront to book the reservation.

They have tons of great reviews on their website but searching the internet and so far, unless I%26#39;m missing something, I can%26#39;t locate anything on Trip Advisor about them or anyplace else on the internet. The Bed and Breakfast that I%26#39;m using to coordinate this driver/trip however is highly rated on Trip Advisor, it is the Delhi Bed and Breakfast.

Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
